The Harry Potter Café is located on the 1st floor of Akasaka Biz Tower in Minato-ku, Tokyo. You can take the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line to Akasaka Station to get there. Alternatively, you can take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line or Ginza Line to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station and walk about ten minutes to reach the café.

As soon as you step out of Akasaka Station, you can already feel the strong magical atmosphere, with Dobby waiting on the stairs to set off together. The walls are filled with paintings. Once inside the restaurant, it's as if you've been transported into the magical world. In addition to several paintings, familiar music plays throughout the café, immersing you in the Harry Potter world, and the huge floating wands hanging in the air are especially eye-catching!

The dishes are full of magical elements, such as the Platform 9 ¾ Meal, Cauldron Soup, and main courses from the four houses. The owl Hedwig, which Hagrid gave to Harry as a birthday gift, has been transformed into a cake, bringing the magical dining experience to a perfect end. The café operates from 10:00 AM, with 80-minute sessions from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 100-minute sessions from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM for dinner. You can make a reservation on the website. Besides dine-in options, you can also choose takeaway, which includes English scones and beverages from the four houses.

Official website for the stage play "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" is currently being shown at the TBS Akasaka ACT Theater.

To get even closer to the magical world, if time permits, head to the nearby TBS Akasaka ACT Theater to watch the stage play” Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”, which has won more than 60 theater awards worldwide. In Japan, the play is performed by 10 Japanese actors, like Tatsuya Fujiwara ,Inagaki Goro and Yusuke Onuki alternating as Harry Potter. The play is performed in Japanese, with smartphone subtitles available. Ticket prices range from 7,000 yen to 22,000 yen.
